What we cannot help with

• Personal financial situations. We do not give advice. The trusted services listed on our homepage are the people who can.
• Personal mental health support. The trusted services listed on our homepage are the people who can.
• Emergencies. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger, call 999 (or 112 from a mobile).

Response times

We read every email and reply when we can. For anything urgent, please use one of the services listed on our homepage directly. They are open longer, have specialist training, and can act faster than we can.
